The charming boutique hotel called 20 Degrés Sud has only 36 rooms or suites and is a proud member of Relais & Châteaux. With a warm welcome you will be guided through the manageable complex and immediately feel at home. In the centre you will find one of the two cosy restaurants and the large swimming pool. From here a palm grove leads to the beach, where the romantic houseboat MS Lady Lisbeth anchors. The restored teak boat from 1929 puts every evening out to sea for an unforgettable dinner together with eight passengers.

Even the standard rooms (Charm Rooms) have air conditioning and a balcony of their own, they are located on the side of the sea along the palm grove. The Beachfront Rooms are located directly on the beach, as are the two suites, each with an additional Jacuzzi on the terrace. There are also four Austral Suites, which are up to 100m2 in size and have a small pool. The two-storey Secret Suite is particularly private and has a small swimming pool and a bubble bathtub. All rooms are only steps away from the beach, where the second restaurant is located. The beach at 20 Degrés Sud is not very long, which is compensated by the private and inviting atmosphere.

The name of the hotel indicates its location, namely the 20th latitude south. The hotel is located at the outer corner of the Grand Baie in the very north of Mauritius, one hour drive from the airport.

The spa of the house offers all the classic treatments and there is a second swimming pool in the garden of the wellness area. Otherwise, various boat trips can be booked on site as well as snorkeling, kayaking, hobby cat sailing and windsurfing.
