Bwabwata NP, Caprivi
Accommodation
Kazile Island Lodge is situated on a private island on the banks of the Kwando River, within the heart of KAZA. Kazile together with its sister lodge Nambwa are the only lodges to be uniquely situated within the Bwabwata National Park.

Location
The lodge is located approximately 12km south of Kongola off the new tar road between Kongola and the Linyanti. Turn off from the main road B8 at Kongola and head south on the C49 in direction of Kazile Campsite. The lodge will be signposted. From Kazile Campsite a short 5 minute boat cruise to the lodge.
Wildlife
Animals that may be encountered at Kazile include elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, hyena, sable and roan antelope, lechwe and even wild dog. Hippo and crocodiles are found in the river and channels.
The Kwando River is a veritable paradise for bird-lovers as it is home to many rare species, including the racket-tailed roller.
