La Grenadine is a 'Petit Hotel' in the heart of Capetown, run personally and with a lot of passion by the owners Maxime und Mélodie. The 19th-century house had to be rebuilt and was turned in a today neat little boutique hotel set in a wonderfully romantic garden.

La Grenadine offers five individually decorated rooms and two cottages. The three garden rooms have direct access to the garden, the two mountain view rooms are located upstairs and come with a shared terrace with views of table mountain and Lion's Head. Alle rooms are pretty and there is no easy choice.

Let us not forget the two cottages. One of the cottages (80m²), called 'The Cottage', is part of the main building and features two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, private courtyard and a fireplace. Access is from the garden. The second cottage is called 'La Parisienne' and is a proper free standing house that is reached through a private entrance from the main garden. La Parisienne (150m²) includes three bedrooms (one master bedroom upstairs and two childrens' bedrooms downstairs), one shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, fireplace and a private courtyard, perfect for families.

La Grenadine is situated in the centre of town. Kloof Street, Bree Street and many lovely cafes are just around the corner. It is about a fifteen-minute walk to Green Market Square and a ten-minute drive to Victoria & Albert Waterfront or to the station of «Table Mountain Cableway».
