One Nature Nyaruswiga
Central Serengeti
Accommodation
One Nature Nyaruswiga offers fourteen luxury tents with en-suite bathroom, lounge and large bedroom. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Two of the rooms are family rooms with two separate en-suite bedrooms and a shared living area. All tents have a wooden floor and an outside deck with seating area.
The main area includes a large lounge with bar, dining tent, boutique and pool with deck chairs for the relaxed moments. The Astral Observation Deck is equipped with a two meter high telescope that delivers a very impressive view of the African sky.
Location
The camp is located north-west of Seronera in the central Serengeti and was named after the Nyaruswiga Hills that surround the camp. Seronera is only a short drive from camp but it is easy to avoid the congested Seronera area and enjoy a truly memorable safari on the plains surrounding Seronera.
Wildlife
The diversity of wildlife is excellent all year round. There is a very good chance to spot lion, leopard, cheetah and even rhinos with a bit of luck. Of course other animals like giraffe, elephant, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest and many more are present as well.
Thousands of wildebeests, zebras and Thompson gazelles roam the area twice a year. It is a wonderful privilege to experience the Great Migration, a truly unique wildlife spectacle.
Activities
Game drives in the Serengeti. Balloon safaris can be arranged on request.
Good to know
The camp offers massages. On each of the rooms' outside deck there is a home trainer where you can do some exercise after a long day on safari. One Nature Nyaruswiga on the map

Permanent Camps
Permanent camps do not change location and therefore have a better infrastructure than mobile camps.
Mobile Camps
Mobile camps operate in the Serengeti and change their location two or three times a year following the Great Migration of the wildebeest and zebra. Mobile camps have a simpler, bush-like character. Although the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, there is often no running water in the rooms. Bathrooms are then equipped with a so-called bucket shower that needs to be filled with hot water by the camp team on demand.
